Today is spent returning to Worcester, by way of Tibberton, where you could have an early lunch (see above for pub details). If you press on and get back early enough and fancy some extra activity, you can continue past Lowesmoor to Diglis basin and then pop out onto the River Severn for a while. Make sure you are aware of what time the river locks close to ensure that you are able to return onto the canal today! Most customers choose to finish up mooring in Lowesmoor Wharf as it is very convenient for the city centre and saves you having to make an early start on the last morning. |

Notes |
This route is not blessed with many shops and so those of you wishing to eat any meals aboard the boat will need to plan your shopping well in advance. If you plan to visit the supermarkets near Worcester, we suggest that you aim to arrive early and get your shopping done before you come to the boatyard to collect the boat. The trip described above assumes that you are able to get away promptly, so you will not want to delay yourselves once the boat is ready! |
